Sleeping pills for sleeping early until it's regular. Wake up and don't touch your phone for an hour unless it's to turn off the alarm it check the time. Have something motivational like exercise, affirmations, journaling etc whatever works for you. Eat and clean. Boom 💥 Start your day

My tip is 5 to 10mg melatonin gummies to knock my ass out at a rational hour so that I can wake up early and rested. Going to bed at night is the hard part. As a night owl, it’s going to bed EARLY that’s the hard part cuz I LOVE being UP at night.

I used to use Alarmy and there are these challenges that force you to get out of bed to walk to a location to scan a barcode.That is just one challenge.If you really want to be cruel to yourself,scan a barcode outside so you walk outside,hopefully getbsome light in your eyes if the sun is up.Between that and walking,your butt will wake up.
